TTI - Distribution Center Addition Phase 2
McCrory provided construction services for the second phase of the distribution center expansion project located on TTI’s fast growing campus in Anderson, South Carolina. The east expansion (100,000-square-feet) is constructed of load-bearing precast wall panels on a conventional slab with high bays for additional rack storage and a Ductilcrete concrete apron and drive area.
This expansion began during the final stages of the 300,000-square-foot addition and was constructed during the height of the shipping season. McCrory worked closely with facility personnel to minimize interruptions to traffic flow and daily facility operations.
“McCrory’s core value of continuous improvement allowed the management Team to extend our services to TTI for the east expansion by focusing on the needs of our client and responding with a sense of urgency.”
