McCrory worked closely with the owner and architectural team ahead of construction to value engineer the extensive conceptual plans. Together, we identified and explored strategies to reduce expenses and streamline the schedule. As a result, the six-month preconstruction effort reduced the budgeted cost of building and created an affordable, staggered delivery schedule that didn’t jeopardize the quality expectations or availability of the community.
