McCrory was retained in the early stages of planning for extensive preconstruction services on a new luxury student-living complex near the iconic Williams Brice Football Stadium at the University of South Carolina. Ultimately hired as the General Contractor for all construction services, demolition of existing property began in March of 2019 with site work commencing in Mid-April.
