BJ's Wholesale Club

This project was a 106,124-square-foot, ground floor renovation to Midtown Crossing, an existing, two-story shopping complex in uptown Charlotte, NC.  The new location for BJ’s Wholesale Club involved a complete gut and upfit of the space as well as exterior upgrades to the building’s façade. The goal was to create a shopping experience that club members can enjoy, with wide aisles to accommodate a variety of hard and soft goods.

The location also features a fresh bakery, full-service deli, and optical department.

“We were very pleased with the work that McCrory helped us with in Charlotte. They had some unique challenges with the existing building and coordination with adjacent shops but handled them well.”
