McCrory was selected to build a 100,000-square-foot distribution expansion plus an 11,200-square-foot office expansion to an existing facility for Unique Loom in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Headquartered in Fort Mill, Unique USA is a worldwide supplier of rugs to a variety of international brands. They specialize in custom-made rugs, Persian rugs, handmade rugs, Ashkuli Gabbeh, Sultanabad, and silk rugs.
