Smith/Packett, one of the Nation's premier senior housing developers,  tapped McCrory to build a state-of-the-art senior living community, igniting a multi-project partnership between the two companies. McCrory collaborated with Texas-based architect GHLA, Inc., from the inception of the project to engineer value and identify key cost savings on the 183,000 square foot wood frame complex.
