Ben Arnold-Sunbelt Beverage Company of South Carolina is the state’s leading wholesaler of wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. The rural campus, including the 280,000-square-foot distribution center originally built by McCrory, serves as both the corporate headquarters and warehousing for five regional outlets. McCrory has partnered with the company six times to expand or improve the distribution center.

The tilt-wall facility is open warehousing with standard stocking racks that nearly reach the structure’s 30-foot ceiling. The heartbeat of production is an extensive conveyor and sorting system that moves more than 2.5 million cases of product per year. The corporate offices, which are separated from distribution operations, include durable office finishes and efficient layouts.
