McCrory was awarded a new, 72,500-square-foot campus for Broad River Electric Cooperative, a not-for-profit, member-owned electric co-op serving various counties in the upstate of South Carolina as well as portions of North Carolina. The project included a 30,000-square-foot corporate office building with a ground floor designed to serve their member base and a second floor for their corporate offices, a 20,000-square-foot truck shed, and a 22,500-square-foot warehouse building. The 21-acre campus includes a laydown yard, pole yard, 9,000-square-foot transformer yard, damaged line equipment shed and a fueling station to provide diesel and gas for up to four vehicles at once.
