Spartanburg Housing Authority in Spartanburg, SC - along with NHP Foundation - partnered with McCrory to renovate this existing apartment community under the LIHTC program. The complex has 20 buildings that include 80-unit apartments. Renovations included one to five-bedroom apartments along with the office, laundry, community building, and playground.

These renovations & rebuilds included stripping the buildings down to bare studs and installing all-new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing system infrastructures. Upgrades included new wood laminate flooring, new roofing and gutter systems, heavy-duty hardwood cabinets, energy efficient black stainless appliances, ceramic tile showers, and window treatments. This complex is in a pedestrian-friendly area close to downtown. Site work included a pedestrian walking trail.
