McCrory Construction was selected to build this 138,800-square-foot retail development in the picturesque Smoky Mountains of Sevierville, Tennessee. McCrory completed the entire structure along with the upfits for multiple large national tenants including long-time McCrory client, Publix, along with HomeGoods, Hamrick’s, and Five Below. Six vanilla shells were also completed as part of project the scope for future tenants
