When Accuride — a leading manufacturer and supplier of wheels, wheel-end components and commercial vehicle products — needed to expand capacity at a regional manufacturing facility, one aspect of the project was clear: operations could not brake for the vast project. With extensive planning and detailed coordination, McCrory renovated and expanded the facility as production continued undisturbed.

In addition to relocating production and shipping into the newly built expansion, the project included safety-minded improvements for the manufacturing floor including steel-grated liquid collection trenches in machinery areas and a metal shaving collection system. McCrory also renovated the company’s administrative offices, an employee breakroom, two locker rooms, and the reception area. Shipping operations gained a new entrance, concrete paving, curb cuts, and a new truck parking pad.
