CEE-US Corporate Campus

CEE-US assists Electric Cooperative of South Carolina members with material supplies, which also means it’s a business that never sleeps. When an outage or disaster strikes, CEE-US reaches into a $14-million inventory of electrical components and delivers the supplies to help restore power to customers. CEE-US relied on McCrory for the design and upfit of a spec building the company wanted to convert into corporate and distribution headquarters.

"We envisioned a structure to help us serve our customers with efficiency and reliability. McCrory brought that vision to life with quality and care you can see today."

McCrory collaborated with the owner and design team to design and build the more than 90,000-square-foot precast concrete building. Improvements featured a structural steel and bar joist skeleton that allowed for rapid design, fabrication and erection. In addition to distribution operations and warehousing, the building also houses administrative offices for the business, which serves more than 20 consumer-owned electric cooperatives.
