When Estates & Companies selected McCrory to build a chic 126-home development, the repeat partnership created a new standard for urban apartment living. The award-winning project included two, three-story walk-up buildings and a central, four-story building with a vast lounge opening onto a lush courtyard with a fountain and fire pit.

During a six-month, preconstruction-planning phase, McCrory worked closely with the owner and architectural team to tighten conceptual designs, engineer value and refine scheduling. Energy-saving touches such as large low-E windows and high-efficiency insulation complement beautiful aesthetics including tile backsplashes, espresso cabinetry, and wood plank flooring. Project collaborators utilized sustainable design and construction techniques and earned bronze-level certification from the National Green Building Standard.
